This Privacy Policy describes how Swamp Adventure ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play the game. Swamp Adventure is developed by Gryphon (the "Developer").
Swamp Adventure does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information. The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect data as described below:
We show optional rewarded video ads (e.g. to continue a run or earn bonus coins) using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), IP address, and app usage data to serve and measure ads. Depending on your region and consent choice, ads may be personalized or non‑personalized. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalized advertising where required by law (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, and applicable US state privacy laws). You can change your consent choice at any time from the app's settings.
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand gameplay patterns and improve the app — for example, how many players complete a level, use a feature, or make an in‑app purchase. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally. See Firebase's Privacy and Security page.
We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic data (such as device model, OS version, and stack traces) when the app crashes or encounters an error. This helps us fix bugs and improve stability.
If you sign in with Google Play Games, the app can save achievements and leaderboard scores tied to your Google Play Games profile, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The app offers optional in‑app purchases (e.g. coin packs) processed through the Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play.
We do not sell your personal information. Data described above is shared only with the third‑party service providers listed (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Games Services) for the purposes described, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Swamp Adventure is not directed at children under 13 in a way that requires child‑directed treatment; however, if we determine the app is accessed by children, we will take steps to comply with applicable laws such as COPPA, including limiting ad personalization.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
